I blogged a while ago about my heart rate monitor having stopped working properly, I couldn’t return it to the place I bought it from because they no longer sold it so I contacted the manufacturers directly and although they said they’d replace it they have done nothing but mess me around ever since — I finally got it returned to me on Tuesday, but they had not fixed or replaced it with the bogus reason that I had not sent them my proof of purchase.

Argh *bangs head on desk*

I am really annoyed and about ready to just throw it in the bin and forget about it.
