As soon as this blasted migraine has fully passed I am going to look into weight loss products, I need to do something new now because I am getting near my goal and my loss has really slowed down.

I know that often a change of routine is as good as any thing else. So I am going to try that first — work out in a different way at a different time and switch up my meals so that I am eating more earlier and less later.

I am looking forward to it actually and hopefully it will give me the boost that I need.
