Argh, last night a few moments after starting my work out my heart rate monitor stopped working. Isn’t that just typical, things always break just after Christmas when you could have had replacements as gifts!
It’s the first heart rate monitor I have ever owned, I assume that the battery has just gone but I am not sure because I don’t know how long they are meant to last — I have had that one for around 8 months.
I have ordered a new battery on eBay any way and will just have to go back to using the ellipticals at the gym in the meantime and use their built in calorie counters.
