I usually stay in on New Years Eve, the other half works until 10pm and my friends all want to go out clubbing — I hate all that kissing and signing and hugging and dancing that people try to force upon you.
Do we kiss normally? Have I ever hugged you before? Do you see me out singing and dancing usually?
If the answer is no, then what makes you think I want to start now?
It’s so off putting. I am not grumpy, honest I am not…I would like to go out and say goodbye to an old year and hello to a new one, but I don’t want to have to spend the night fighting off people who want to touch me!

I feel exactly the same way as you do.
Why do people think you are abnormal if you don’t want to do all the hugging and kissing thing?
I was beginning to think I was the only one!
