I’ve always been a self catering kinda girl when it comes to vacations. When I was younger we used to rent cottages in the Welsh Valleys and Scottish highlands so its always been normal to me and now as an adult I always take self catering trips — I have only ever stayed in one hotel and a few bed and breakfasts in my entire life.
One of the best parts of the vacation for me is finding somewhere to stay, I just love looking through various agents websites at the properties available — I always do a search for the most expensive places in the area I am going to just to see what’s out there for when I win the lottery haha.

They have some beautiful properties suitable for every one from young couples to large groups of people and appropriate for every price range. South Padre Island looks like an awesome place for me to quench my thirst for some more skiing also.
I don’t want to have to wait until June to head somewhere sunny and picturesque again!
