I am thinking about training myself to go to bed a little bit earlier, just a little bit mind because I do love my night times. At the moment I am not really getting to sleep until 7am, then getting up at 3pm — I’d like to aim to be going to bed before 5am and getting up around 1pm. I think that’d be ideal, still night owlish, but not ludicrously so!

It’ll be hard to do though, I have to force myself into bed and out of bed as it is!
