I wouldn’t touch most diet pills and fad diets with a ten foot barge pole these days to be honest, partly from past experience and current knowledge — and also because I feel like Internet advertising has given them a somewhat dirty image.

I am sure we’ve all seen the ads along those lines right?
But that’s not to say all diet pills are bad, and not all people market them in that way. I have no qualms about promoting and using pills that aim to aid weight loss — that’s the key word here, aid.
