Clothes sizing in the UK is crazy, like any woman needs telling that, but sizes vary so much and it’s annoying because it makes it so hard to track and believe my weight loss.

Here’s an example, as mentioned below I went shopping today and the sizes I bought — all from the same shop I might add — were 14 for the jeans, 16 for the jacket, 18 for the tshirt and an 18/20 for the jumper.

Crazy right? Is it similar in America?

One thing I know for certain though is that when in doubt, if something looks a little tight or a little big I always buy the smaller size, because I still plan to lose weight and I have no intentions to put the weight back on. One of the many advantages of losing it the slow and steady way rather than on some fad diet — it’s off and it’s staying off!

I am not opposed to diet pills for others, they just aren’t for me at this point in my life. fenphedra Xtreme is an interesting one I have heard about recently though, it’s an industry leading far burner that aids you in losing weight effectively, quickly and naturally. Proven to work after extensive testing for both men and women.
