Have I mentioned before that I love nothing more than getting post? Yeah, I am sure I have. I am sure I have also mentioned I love getting free things, free is my favourite kind of thing.
So I can’t resist applying for freebies when I come across them, who cares if I don’t want it, who cares if I don’t need it — it’s free and it’s getting posted to me.
Today I got a free sample of chocolate in the post, it’s a full bag of strawberry, chocolately goodness. I want to scoff it all down so bad. Strawberry quality streets are my all time favourites — but I am trying so hard to be good as gold on my diet this week. I didn’t work my arse off for 70 minutes on the elliptical earlier just to eat the calories back in one sitting.
I must resist them. I will resist them.
The good news is I only have to resist them tonight, for tomorrow my brother and sister in law are coming over for a Sunday roast. They’ll be gone in seconds as soon as I offer them out. The fat bastards
