Further to my last post, in case I didn’t already make it clear, I love blogging.
I have so many blogs now I don’t know what to do with myself. I have two that are not yet developed, one that I have been running since 2001, 3 that are niche blogs about my passions and hobbies and another personal blog.
Addicted? Moi?
Well maybe a little. But what’s not to love about it? I get to share my thoughts with the world, regardless of whether it’s over a deep and meaningful subject like how the world began, or if it’s just to let you know I broke a nail (Fact, that did happen this week, and it made me sad!) — people will come along and read about it.
Blogging has really come a long way in recent times though, I remember when I first started out…if I told 99% of people I know offline I ran a blog, they’d look at me with a ‘HUH’ look in their eye. Now everyone and their grandma has a blog…businesses, social networks, TV show hosts. Tess Daily announced she’d be blogging about tonight’s show later tonight at the end of Strictly Come Dancing. That’s mainstream baby.
I was reading some articles earlier on Veb Logs, they are experts who Blog About Blogging and offer a wealth of information about everything from where to host your blog to how to promote it. Go have a read, it’s interesting stuff…more interesting than me talking about my broken nail any way
