When I was younger, around 12 years old, my dad had a mild heart attack and it was a truly terrifying experience for all. Thankfully he pulled through and got his health back on track and has now been living a good and healthy life for 15 years!
HeartLibrary.com is an interesting website that offers a wealth of information on all things heart related including heart failure, Arrhythmia and tachycardia and uses interactive videos to teach.
I am going to send the link to my dad, because it can never hurt to remind him to look after his heart.
