My parents go abroad on holiday a few times per year, usually on cheap package holidays to places like Greece or Portugal and occasionally Spain — of course they don’t have the Internet at home, and although both are capable of using the computer they only know the basics and are amazingly….s….l…..o……..w…. at it.
When they get a pop-up telling them they have won something, they believe it.
So guess who ends up doing most of the searching? Yeah, Moi.
It’s not that much fun organising a holiday that you don’t even get to go on you know, it makes me insanely jealous and grumpy every time I do it.
I appreciate sites like TravelHERO.com, they make it easier to arrange a trip by offering cheap hotel reservations as well as Taxis to and from the airport and car rentals to get you around while you are there and the like. They have hotels to suit every need and budget in 100s of cities from countries all over the world. Sites like this are of great use to both personal customers like me but also for business trip organisers.
